Yes! Every product sold by Scent Depot is 100% authentic. We source our fragrances from trusted wholesalers, distributors, and authorized suppliers. We never sell counterfeit or imitation products.

Why are your prices lower than other retailers?

Our prices are lower because we are wholesalers and distributors who also sell directly to consumers through our website. By selling directly, we eliminate many of the traditional retail markups, allowing us to offer genuine designer and Middle Eastern fragrances at exceptional prices.

Are your products new?

Yes. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all products are brand new and unused in their original manufacturer's packaging.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE Standard Shipping on qualifying orders over $95 within the continental United States.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, it will be displayed during checkout.

Can I return my order?

We accept returns on unopened and unused products only. The item must be in its original, factory-sealed packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or have damaged or missing packaging are not eligible for return.
