Minimum Order Requirements:

•  First-time customers: $1,500 USD

•  Repeat orders:
$500 USD

Shipping & Fulfillment:

•  International customers must use a freight forwarder

•  Drop shipping is not available

•  Orders will only be processed once the account is approved

Payment Terms:

•  Bank cards, ACH and Wire Transfers
accepted

•  SCENT DEPOT LLC is not liable for any fees assessed by your financial institution,
including but not limited to bank fees,
wire fees, or currency conversion fees.

•  A $50 fee will be applied for any returned or rejected payments. Repeated payment
issues may result in suspension or termination of account privileges.

KYC & Compliance Notice:

In compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, we are
required to verify the identity of all customers before extending business services. Information collected in this
application will be used solely for verification and
regulatory compliance purposes. All submitted data will be treated as
confidential.

Required Documentation:

For Individual Accounts:

•  Valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver's license,
passport)

•  Bank account information or credit/debit card (name must match applicant) 

For Business Accounts:

•  EIN confirmation letter or valid business license

• Valid government-issued photo ID of the responsible party named on the business license (e.g., driver's license, passport)

•  Bank account information (name must match company or responsible party)

 Additional Requirement for Georgia-based Customers:

•  Current year Georgia Resale Certificate.

Acknowledgement of KYC & Credit Policy:

For compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) Banking requirements, all transactions must originate from the same Banking Senders account registered under the billing name in our system. If payment is received from an account not registered under the billing name, the order may be delayed or canceled. Any associated costs incurred will be the customer’s responsibility. Any associated fees incurred will need to be reimbursed accordingly. Repeated offenses could result in
closure/inactivation of account.

SCENT DEPOT LLC does not issue refunds. Any overpayment or unused funds will remain on file and be applied as a credit toward future orders.

Indemnification Clause:

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SCENT DEPOT LLC, its affiliates, and officers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses
(including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to any breach of this agreement or misrepresentation made by the customer.

Statement of Accuracy:

I, the undersigned, confirm
that the information provided in this application is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that all information submitted will be used for internal verification only and will remain confidential.
