WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in partnering with SCENT DEPOT LLC. As a leading wholesale distributor, we are committed to excellence in business-to-business operations and full compliance with industry regulations. We offer a wide selection of designer and independent label fragrances at competitive wholesale pricing.

Key Information:

Minimum Order Requirements:

•  First-time customers: $1,000 USD

•  Repeat orders: $500 USD

Shipping & Fulfillment:

•  International customers must use a freight forwarder

•  Drop shipping is not available

•  Orders will only be processed once the account is approved

Payment Terms:

•  Bank cards, ACH and Wire Transfers accepted

•  SCENT DEPOT LLC is not liable for any fees assessed by your financial institution,
including but not limited to bank fees, wire fees, or currency conversion fees.

•  A $50 fee will be applied for any returned or rejected payments. Repeated payment
issues may result in suspension or termination of account privileges.

KYC & Compliance Notice:

In compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, we are required to verify the identity of all customers before extending business services. Information collected in this application will be used solely for verification and regulatory compliance purposes. All submitted data will be treated as confidential.

Required Documentation:

For Individual Accounts:

•  Valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver's license, passport)

•  Bank account information or credit/debit card (name must match applicant) 

For Business Accounts:

•  EIN confirmation letter or valid business license

• Valid government-issued photo ID of the responsible party named on the business license (e.g., driver's license, passport)

•  Bank account information (name must match company or responsible party)

 Additional Requirement for Georgia-based Customers:

•  Current year Georgia Resale Certificate.

Acknowledgement of KYC & Credit Policy:

For compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) Banking requirements, all transactions must originate from the same Banking Senders account registered under the billing name in our system. If payment is received from an account not registered under the billing name, the order may be delayed or canceled. Any associated costs incurred will be the customer’s responsibility. Any associated fees incurred will need to be reimbursed accordingly. Repeated offenses could result in closure/inactivation of account.

SCENT DEPOT LLC does not issue refunds. Any overpayment or unused funds will remain on file and be applied as a credit toward future orders.

Indemnification Clause:

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SCENT DEPOT LLC, its affiliates, and officers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses
(including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to any breach of this agreement or misrepresentation made by the customer.

Statement of Accuracy:

I, the undersigned, confirm
that the information provided in this application is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that all information submitted will be used for internal verification only and will remain confidential.

 I understand that providing false, misleading, or omitted information may result in denial of this application, account closure, and possible legal action.

Scent Depot offers a wholesale perfume program for approved retailers, resellers, online sellers, beauty supply stores, boutiques, gift shops, and other qualified businesses throughout the United States.

Our wholesale customers can shop authentic designer perfumes, Middle Eastern and Arabic fragrances, colognes, gift sets, and popular scents from a wide range of established fragrance brands.

Wholesale Perfumes for Retailers and Resellers

Scent Depot operates as both a fragrance retailer and wholesaler, allowing approved business customers to purchase available fragrances through a convenient online wholesale account.

Once your wholesale application has been reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions to create or access your account. After logging in, approved customers can view available wholesale pricing and place eligible orders directly through the Scent Depot website.

Who Can Apply for a Wholesale Account?

Our wholesale perfume program is intended for qualified businesses such as:

  • Perfume and fragrance stores
  • Beauty supply stores
  • Online fragrance retailers
  • Boutiques and gift shops
  • Convenience stores and specialty retailers
  • Marketplace sellers and other qualified resellers

Applications are reviewed before wholesale access is granted. Additional business, identity, resale, or payment documentation may be required as part of the review process.

Wholesale Fragrance Selection

Approved customers can shop available designer, Middle Eastern, niche, celebrity, men's, women's, and unisex fragrances.

Our wholesale inventory may include popular brands such as Lattafa, Armaf, Afnan, Rasasi, Dior, Versace, Prada, Burberry, Coach, Jimmy Choo, Valentino, and many more. Product availability and pricing can change as inventory is updated.

How the Wholesale Application Process Works

  2. Submit the requested business and verification information.
  3. Allow our team time to review your application.
  4. Receive account instructions if your application is approved.
  5. Log in to view available wholesale pricing and place orders online.

Approval is not automatic and wholesale access may be limited to applicants who meet Scent Depot's current business and documentation requirements.
