SHIPPING

We do our best to ensure that your package is shipped out as soon as possible. Normally, orders placed on the weekdays (Mon-Fri) shall be processed your within 1 business day, unless further verification is needed. Orders placed on the weekends (Sat - Sun) shall be shipped the following Monday, unless further verification is needed. To ensure that your package is shipped out as soon as possible, please be sure that your billing and shipping address both match for credit card purchases and that your shipping address is confirmed if using Pay-Pal as your payment method. Although we do allow for separate shipping/billing addresses, we require further verification (which may include but not limit to providing a photo ID) prior to shipping out the package.

Additional to our processing times, your package will be received depending on the shipping method chosen during checkout.

Various shipping carriers are used at our discretion (USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL) depending on the purchase amount, shipping location, and shipping method chosen during checkout. Upon shipping out your order, a tracking number will be attached to your order and you will receive an email confirmation. You may check the status of your order, as well as other details by singing in to your account after purchasing.
