Refund policy

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our Customer Support team within the eligible return period.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Our team will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Be in new, unused condition.
  • Include the original retail packaging, box, and any included accessories.
  • Be free from damage, excessive wear, or alterations.

For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances that have been opened, used, or have the factory seal broken are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or were shipped incorrectly.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping box

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less 10% restocking fee for all eligible returned items.

Refunds take 3-5 business days to process. Please allow additional 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.


Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise authorized by Scent Depot.


Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or were shipped incorrectly.

If you would like a different fragrance or size, please return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the desired product.


Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.


Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders refused by the recipient or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may be subject to return shipping charges and any applicable restocking fee before a refund is issued.
